Who we are
Farearc is a travel agency that books flights between the US and Canada, and India. We book on your behalf with the airline. The airline operates the flight and its own conditions of carriage apply to your journey.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is a price for a specific itinerary at the time we give it. Fares change, and a quote is not a booking until it has been paid for and ticketed. Once ticketed, you receive the airline’s booking reference and e-ticket.
Your details
Names must match the passport exactly. Checking passport validity, visas and entry requirements for every country on the itinerary is the traveller’s responsibility. We will point out anything we notice, but the final check is yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The version on the site when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
