What we collect
The details needed to quote and book a trip: names, contact details, travel dates, and passport details once you decide to book. If you request a callback, we keep the number and the time you asked for.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, make the booking with the airline, and contact you about that booking. We share passenger details with the airline and, where needed, the systems used to issue the ticket. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the booking and for our records, then we delete it.
The ticket checker
The verify a ticket tool runs in your browser. The booking reference you type there is not sent to us.
