It depends on the fare
Every ticket comes with the airline’s fare rules, and those rules decide whether a ticket can be cancelled, changed or refunded, and at what cost. Many discounted and consolidator fares cannot be refunded. We tell you the rules for your fare before you pay.
If you want to cancel or change
Message us with your booking reference. We check what the fare allows and tell you the cost, if any, before we do anything. Nothing changes until you confirm.
If the airline changes your flight
When the airline moves or cancels a flight, the options come from the airline. We contact you, explain what is on offer and handle it with the airline for you.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it is processed by the airline, and the time it takes is set by the airline and your card issuer.
