What we need from you
Where from, where to, roughly when, and how many people. That is enough to start. Passport names and dates of birth can come later, but they have to be exactly as printed, because an airline will not fix a misspelled name for free.
Tell us anything that has to be handled at the same time you tell us the dates. Wheelchair, a connection someone cannot run for, a visa that has not arrived yet, a return that might move. Those things change which itinerary we build, so hearing them after we have quoted usually means quoting again.
What a quote from us looks like
A written message with the routing, the carrier, the cabin, the baggage allowance, and the total. Not a range. If the fare has a short shelf life because the seat is genuinely moving, we say so and tell you honestly whether we think it will hold. We will not invent a deadline.
Paying, and what you get
Card payment, and then the airline’s own PNR and e-ticket. It is a normal airline ticket. You can pull it up on the carrier’s website before you fly, and we would rather you did. There is a tool on this site for checking any ticket, ours or anyone else’s.
