What you pay
The price we quote is the price of the ticket, including taxes and our margin. We do not charge to quote or to answer questions.
Changes and cancellations
If you change or cancel a ticket, the airline’s own fees and any fare difference apply, as set out in the fare rules. We tell you the full amount before anything is done.
Payment
Card payments are charged in the currency shown on your quote. Your card issuer may add its own fees for foreign currency transactions.

If a charge on your statement does not match what you were quoted, contact us with the booking reference.
